Plyometrics can be a complex area of athletic performance which focuses on rapidly repeating specific movements by stretching and contracting of the muscles. Plyometrics is used on the basis of improving explosiveness as fast as possible by utilizing the stretch shortening cycle. Various plyometric exercises exist across many formats to aid in improving performance.

These videos demonstrate different ideas you can implement into your training with an individual or team to improve their plyometric capability. The varied exercises and drills highlighted will be shown across different capability levels such as beginner, immediate and expert level. 

NB! It is important to note that if someone has no experience with plyometric training you will want to start them off with basic and simple movements. Technique is imperative to focus on here.
